🏈 After months of trying, Urban Meyer finally figured out what would get him fired from the Jacksonville Jaguars – kicking his kicker.
Josh Lambo, the former Jags kicker, alleged Meyer kicked him during the preseason while he was warming up.
It’s the third story of Meyer butting heads with members of the organization this week after he got in a fight with Marvin Jones and told his assistants they were losers.
The Jags fired Meyer last night not even one year into his five-year deal.
🏈 Deion Sanders signed 5-star cornerback Travis Hunter, the #2 overall recruit, to Jackson State. Hunter shocked Florida State by de-committing on National Signing Day as Sanders stole a recruit from his alma mater.
Barstool, who employs Deion Sanders for a few different shows, denied reports it’s paying Hunter millions in an NIL deal to go to Jackson State where Sanders is the head coach.
Check out the announcement video where Hunter toys with both Florida State and Georgia. He’s the first 5-star to ever commit to an FCS school.
⚽️ Sergio Aguero, the former Manchester City and Argentinian soccer star, announced his retirement after suffering from heart arrhythmia during his first months at Barcelona.
Aguero won five Premier League titles and scored a goal every 108 minutes, an EPL record, including this stunner to win City’s first title in 2011.

Heading into week 15, the 2021 NFL season has been nothing short of a statistical anomaly.
There’s a three-way tie for first in both conferences for the first time in 50 years.
13 teams in each conference are within one game of a playoff spot.
Five teams in each conference have the same record and are battling for the final Wild Card spots.
Every team has at least three losses for the first time since 2014.
No team has clinched a playoff berth for the third time ever through 14 weeks.
If the season ended today, this would be the playoff picture:
New England Patriots (9-4)
Tennessee Titans (9-4)
Kansas City Chiefs (9-4)
Baltimore Ravens (8-5)
LA Chargers (8-5)
Indianapolis Colts (7-6)
Buffalo Bills (7-6)
Green Bay Packers (10-3)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (10-3)
Arizona Cardinals (10-3)
Dallas Cowboys (9-4)
LA Rams (9-4)
San Francisco 49ers (7-6)
Washington Football Team (6-7)
Storylines to watch:
Covid: Three playoff-contending teams (the LA Rams, Washington, and the Browns) each have 10+ players in covid protocols, many of which are likely to miss week 15.
Injuries: With an extra game this year, injuries may start to pile up. Arizona Cardinals superstar receiver Deandre Hopkins is expected to miss the rest of the regular season with a knee injury.
Hot at the right time: The Chiefs have won five in a row, the Patriots seven in a row, and the Bucs four in a row (thanks to some shoddy officiating in Buffalo).
A Patriots vs. Buccaneers Super Bowl would break all TV records and be the NFL's dream matchup. It's looking more likely each time Mac Jones hands the ball off.
The favorites: The Super Bowl odds look a lot like they did in August. It’s almost like the sportsbooks know what they're doing.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+500)
Kansas City Chiefs (+550)
Green Bay Packers (+650)
New England Patriots (+750)
