After having some of the lowest attendance in the NFL over the last three seasons (29,000 average), LA fans are warming up to the team. This season, the Chargers are averaging 70,000 fans per home game (10th most in the league).

🏀 Steve Nash says the Brooklyn Nets are preparing to play home games without Kyrie Irving, who is not vaccinated against Covid-19.
New York City local restrictions prevent Irving (or any other unvaccinated players) from playing in NBA games. The city says Irving can practice with the Nets.
If Irving doesn’t play, he’ll forfeit about $380,000 per game and over $15 million total this season if he misses every game in New York (41 home games and 2 against the Knicks).
